In this home we put emphasis on providing personalised support to young people to help them develop holistically; socially, emotionally, intellectually, and spiritually. Our support is person-centred and is tailor made to meet the needs of our young people addressing their individual needs. We make care plans for our young people and promote increased choices, by making sure our young people participate in their support plans.
